Name: Lorine Scott Date: June 29th, 1929 - December 27th, 2009 Obituary: Lorine Scott, 80, of East Brainerd went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 27, 2009. A longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mrs. Scott retired from Olan Mills in 1991 and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. She was a 50 year member of Lookout Valley OES #242 and the Temple Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1987, Roland S. Scott and was the daughter of the late William Henry Noble and Minnie Pendell. She is survived by her children, Roland Lee Scott, Chattanooga, Linda S. Tobey, East Ridge, Nick Scott, Maggie Valley, NC and Cyndi Smith, Henderson, TN.; sister, Alene Gilreath, LaFayette, GA; brother, Arthur Clayton Noble, Watsonville, CA; five grandchildren, Sherri Hiu, Larry Galyon, Christy Rodgers, Misty Colquett and Guy Stewart Smith; five great-grandchildren, Morgan, Meaghan, Lydia, Parker and Lindsay; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Tuesday at 12 noon in the chapel with Bill Ottinger officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 PM (EST) at Beulah's Chapel Cemetery in Ider, Alabama with Larry Galyon, Guy Stewart Smith, Michael Colquett, Marty Ottinger, Del Ottinger, Curtis Ottinger and Tim Ottinger serving as pallbearers.
