She was born on Feb. 5, 1928 in Huntsville, Alabama a daughter of the late Clarence W. and Ida Smith. Mrs. Loveless was a member of the Standifer Gap Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a son Carlos Hall, granddaughter Tammy Hall, brothers Woodrow Smith, Sam Smith, Marvin Smith, Johnny Smith, and sister Dorothy Goodson, Survivors include her husband Joe H. Loveless, sons Johnny (Judy) Hall, Grady (Beth) Loveless, Wayne (Sandy) Loveless, all of Ringgold, Barbara Hall Chickamauga, and Jane ( Mike) Bowman of Ringgold, brothers Wilburn Smith of Chattanooga, and Jerry Smith of Cleveland, sisters Stella Smith of Kingsport, TN, Novella Horne of East Ridge, and Rosetta Palmer of Trenton, GA. 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Wayne Loveless and Pastor Harold Swaggerty officiating.
