He was a retiree of U. S. Pipe and jFoundry. Survivors are his wife, Judy Jones; sons, James (Anita) Jones, Tunnel Hill, Ga., Bobby Jones, Dalton, Ga.; grandchildren, Brandy Deford, Ringgold, Nicholas Jones, Hixson, Tenn., Derek Jones, Dalton, Ga., Victoria Jones, Greenville, South Carolina, Ethan Jones, Dalton, Ga.; two great-grandchildren, Zoey Deford and Jaden Deford; three nephews; one niece; several great-nieces and nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Udell Addison of Columbus, Ga., officiating.
