Name: Cris Painter Date: December 30th, 2001 - July 1st, 2010 Obituary: Cris Painter Robert Cristofano Painter, 8, of Hixson died Thursday, July 1, 2010 at T. C. Thompson Children’s Hospital. Cris was a second grader at McConnell Elementary. He was very sharing, sensitive to the needs of others and touched the lives of everyone he met. He was mature beyond his years and loved to help people. His Native American name was Little Owl. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Cris leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Marketta Murray; father and stepmother, Robert and Penny Painter; sisters and brothers, Ashley Painter, Christy Johnson, Tasia Kinsey, Amanda Jackson, Gabriel Tolley, Jeremy Carroll and Kyle Webb; grandparents, Don and Martha Murray, Paul and Cora-Lee Komm; great grandmother, Virginia Tindell and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
