Name: Grady Pruett Date: July 20th, 1939 - July 22nd, 2010 Obituary: Grady Wayne Pruett, 71, of Ringgold, died on Thursday, July 22, 2010. Mr. Pruett had lived in the area most of his life and was a 1957 graduate of Ringgold High School. He worked for over 30 years as a transportation supervisor for Duff Brothers/Americsource. He was always happy and was known for his ability to make others laugh and share in his happiness. He loved his family and spending time in his porch swing simply enjoying life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Eva Pruett, brother, Leon Pruett and sister, Linda Pruett. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Clara Hickey Pruett; daughters, Kathy (David) Cooke, Lynn (Paul) Craig; sons, Danny (Brenda) Hickey, Grady Pruett, Jr.; several grandchildren and great grandchildren;brother, Dwain (Mary Anne) Pruett; aunt, Velma Rogers; uncle, Raymond Shelton and several nieces and nephews.
