Name: Donald (Don) Earl Pharr Date: May 23rd, 1940 - May 14th, 2012 Obituary: Donald Earl Pharr, 71, of Birchwood, TN went home to be with the Lord on Monday evening, May 14, 2012. He was a longtime resident of Hamilton County and was owner and operator of Georgia Machinery Sales Company Inc. for the past 42 years. He was a member of Mt. Olive Ministries in Cleveland, TN where he served as head usher. He was the son of the late Earl and Jessie Pharr. Survivors are his wife, Faye Pharr; daughter, Krista (Charles) Graves, Dalton, GA , step daughter, Kristie (Steven) Perry, Hixson; two brothers, Gene (Kaye) Pharr, Charlotte, NC and Larry (Virginia) Pharr, Phoenix, AZ; two grandsons, Joseph and Will Perry; several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Services will be held Friday at 11:30 AM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Sears and Rev. Larry Pharr officiating. Burial will follow at Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park, Rossville, GA with Mike Brantley, Steve Robinson, Bill Rominger, Lawrence Mathews, Dave Hollaway and Donald Brown serving as pallbearers.
