Hello Family and friends. I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, I like to share a scripture to help shed some light about the hope we have for the future of our love ones that passed away. Here at Acts 24:15 it reads 15.?and I have hope toward God, which hope these [men] themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. This verse helps us to see that there is going to be a resurrection, so this should be very encouraging to us about the future ahead. If you like to know more information about our love ones being able to live again in the future feel free to visit www.jw.org

I knew Pat and Neil from my youth and beyond in Huntington, WV. They visited our area frequently. Pat was such a musical inspiration to me. I was awestruck as she played the organ in three inch heels. When I was attending The Kings College, Neil and Pat were frequent chapel guests and they always made a point to greet me and encourage me in my college days. They both certainly made an impact on my life both musically and spiritually. We lost touch in their later years. However, I have a mutual friend here in Florida. She attended church with Pat and has kept me informed as to her well being. What a loss....heaven's gain. Sherry (Cross) Baumgardner

In Sydney Australia, 1951, Pat spotted me each time before I got near Martha Chastain, their teenage singer. Neil winked OK, and I walked Martha, - in high heels, - to their hotel, long way through Hyde Park. Over 60-years Pat cared and loved us all. Regular phone calls she always chuckled her happy greeting, with, "anyways ...". Our children were hers in devotion. Truly a humble beautiful musical genius. Nei and Pat were among the last strands of true revival-evangelism in the 20th century. Martha struggles in our wait for Heaven with her, too. Her death leaves a huge hole in our hearts, but fills a corner of Heaven with her precious self, graciously saved in Jesus. Colossians 3:16 les@outbackpatrol.com.au

I worked with Neil and Pat in the summer 0f i952. We were at Albert Lea, MN, Winona Lake, IN and Lima, OH. I was a member of the cornet trio. Our group was comprised of Neil, Pat, Martha, Doug Scott, Bill Barr and me. Neil taught me how to play the cornet and Pat taught me how to play it in tune. With my WV background, Neil once told me it would take me 30 minutes to do a 15 minute sermon. I remember Darlene that summer at Winona Lake, riding horsey on her Daddy's knee. When i saw her, I thought of Shirley Temple.I have a 1942 picture of Neil at Ernrest Williams Music Camp. I would like too send it to you. (dnbl@msn.com) Dick Newman
