Rebecca Ann (Becky) Ervin, 61, McDonald, TN went home to be with the Lord Sunday, April 13, 2014. Becky was a1972 graduate of Ooltewah High School. She was a member of Savannah Bay Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and was a soloist and was an avid quilter, cross-stitcher and embroiderer. Becky was preceded in death by her son, Andy Ervin, mother, Martha Jo Nance and brother, Scotty Nance. She is survived by her loving & devoted husband of 35 years, Bobby Ervin; father, Rev. James “Bud” Nance, Chattanooga; sisters, Joy (George) Taylor, Lunenburg, MA and Sheila (Randy) Amerson, Rome, GA; eight nieces, nephews and fourteen great-nieces and nephews. Services will be held Wednesday at 5:30 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Clay Lynch officiating. A sunset burial will follow at Ooltewah Cemetery.
